由講師朱老師介紹印尼的飲食習慣,並比較台灣與文化的飲食文化差異,再者帶學生體驗親手製作印尼傳統甜點椰絲球(KLEPON)和酥炸香蕉(PISANG GORENG)。

心得:很感謝老師能邀請朱老師為我們準備這次的印尼飲食文化體驗活動,朱老師為我們介紹印尼的飲食習慣,讓我們對印尼的文化有了更深入的瞭解;另外朱老師為我們準備兩種印尼點心,分別為Klepon跟Pisang Goreng,在台灣很少有機會可以吃到印尼甜點,所以活動當天大家吃的很開心,讓印尼文課更加有趣。

Classroom Activity Title:
Indonesian Food Culture and Indonesian Desserts
Activity Objectives:
To provide students with a basic understanding of Indonesian food culture, while also allowing them to experience hands-on preparation of traditional Indonesian desserts.
Activity Overview:
Professor Zhu introduced Indonesian food customs and compared the cultural differences in food habits between Taiwan and Indonesia. Students were then given the opportunity to make two traditional Indonesian desserts: Klepon (sweet rice balls filled with palm sugar and coated with grated coconut) and Pisang Goreng (fried bananas).

I’m very grateful to the teacher for inviting Professor Zhu to prepare this Indonesian food culture experience for us. Professor Zhu introduced us to Indonesian food customs, which gave us a deeper understanding of Indonesian culture. Additionally, Professor Zhu prepared two types of Indonesian desserts for us: Klepon and Pisang Goreng. Since Indonesian desserts are hard to find in Taiwan, everyone was very happy to try them during the activity. It made the Indonesian language class even more enjoyable!
